For your added convenience, you can apply for a number of services online.

Applying for a Cave Shepherd Card is easy!

Apply Online or Visit our Card Services Department at our Broad Street or Vista location.

We are committed to processing and responding to all online applications within two (2) business days.  To help us finalize your application quickly and present you with your new photo card, please bring the following items when coming to our office to apply or collect your new card:

• Job Letter (confirming length of service)
• Valid Photo Identification
• Proof of Address (e.g. utility bill)

Existing Customer? Need a Credit Limit Increase*?

Simply complete the form below and submit it to us.  We will aim to process and respond to all online requests within two (2) business days.  Alternatively, feel free to visit our Broad Street or Vista Card Services office.

*Remember, you must first satisfy your minimum payments for six (6) consecutive months to qualify for a credit limit increase.
