1. Do we have your up-to-date details?

Please ensure that our Registrar, Barbados Central Securities Depository Inc. (BCSDI), have your current contact or indeed bank account details.  Every year, we get a number of returned dividend cheques for Shareholders who have moved or are deceased. 

Easy steps to ensure that your details are up to date

  • Call BCSDI at 429 5177 to check that the address they have on file for you is current.
  • If your address needs updating you can do this in the following ways:
    • Writing a letter to BCSDI confirming your new details, or
    • Completing the Change of Details Form , print and mail or deliver to BCSDI
    • Visiting BCSDI in person and complete the Change of Details Form

2. Are you one of our Missing Shareholders?

If your name appears on the Missing Shareholders list you need to contact our Registrar, Barbados Central Securities Depository Inc., as soon as possible.  It may be that your dividends and other important correspondence are being withheld because the last known address is no longer valid.

3. Why not have your dividends deposited directly into your Bank Account! It’s quicker & safer!

If you wish to have your dividends deposited directly into your Barbados Dollar bank account, simply complete the appropriate section on the Change of Details Form and return to the Barbados Central Securities Depository Inc.

As soon as this is done, dividends will be paid directly into your Barbados Dollar bank account.  You will continue to receive your Warrant with details of the dividend in the mail.
