The origins of the Cave Shepherd Credit Card date back to the early 1990s when it was introduced as a proprietary store card that has grown an impressive cardholder base of more than 30,000 in Barbados today. In 2016, the Cave Shepherd Visa Credit Card was launched providing customers with hassle free credit locally, abroad and online enabling purchases at millions of merchants wherever VISA is accepted. The introduction of Payce Digital in 2021 represents the Group’s ongoing commitment to innovation in the financial services sector.
The DGM Financial Group has been providing comprehensive global financial services to individuals, trusts, corporate and captive clients around the world since 1996. Today, Cave Shepherd is the majority shareholder together with Mr. E. Neville Isdell, former CEO and Chairman of The Coca Cola Company.

Signia was formed in 2003 in partnership with Grace Kennedy of Jamaica and then United Insurance Company Ltd (now CG United Insurance) which is no longer a shareholder.
